The following documents are required to complete the student financial assistance process. Each and every applicant is responsible to provide the follwing at the time of application:
1. A completed and signed funding application. Original must be mailed to our office
2. A copy of your Secondary School diploma or G.E.D diploma
3. A copy of your status card (front and back) or a letter from your Band membership clerk verifying your band status card number
4. Copies of your dependent children's status cards
5. A void cheque (please ensure banking numbers are clearly visible) Canadian accounts only
6. A signed release of information form
7. Your final acceptance letter/official copy of your course registration ( this document can be submitted upon receipt to you)
